FBI says the rate of car theft in 2013 shows some decline compared to the 2012 figures and it predicts that when the final 2013 figures will be out, they will most probably show a 3.2 percent decrease.
βThe drop in thefts is good news for all of us, but it still amounts to a vehicle being stolen every 45 seconds and losses of over $4 billion a year,β said Joe Wehrle, the NICB president and CEO.
