The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) say that 600,000 people in the United States die from heart diseases every year, while 720,000 Americans suffer from heart attack each year.

You don’t have to commit to a rigorous and drastic lifestyle change to prevent heart disease. Regular exercise, eating right, and taking things into moderation are some of the major, but simple behaviors to observe.

Exercise
By having an active lifestyle, you can maintain a healthy weight, which keeps your blood pressure normal. This will also help you have a healthy cholesterol level. You don’t have to kill yourself in the gym. You just have to work out at least half an hour each day to have an active lifestyle.Exercise

Follow a healthy diet
This does not necessarily mean cutting of all you favorite food. You just have to take those guilty pleasures moderately. Drink in moderation
