Kate Middleton rocks unconventional Pink – Red

In the world of fashion, mixing pink and red is definitely a “no- no,” because everybody knows that these colors clash. But Kate Middleton bravely debunked this myth as she wore a matching pink and red coat during the Scotland visit of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

It was still in April when people get to see pictures of Kate Middleton wearing bright-colored outfits during her visit in Australia and New Zealand. When she returned to the UK last April 25, Kate kept a low profile and the fans were deprived of Kate Middleton glamour pictures. Fans can now celebrate joyfully as new pictures of Kate is starting to appear again starting May 29 during her visit to Strathearn, Scotland.

The Duchess proved once and for all that red and pink could be mixed as she wore a red coat from Jonathan Saunders fall 2013 collection while her dress is from Goat. If you want to rock a pink – red outfit, just make sure you have neutrals for your accessory, just like Kate’s nude patent pumps and minaudiere. During the occasion, she also wore a Celtic-design brooch, which was a private wedding present given to her.

Here is a little fun trivia: Kate and William also have the title of Earl and Countess of Strathearn.

During the couple’s visit to the region, they first went to the Stratgearn Community Campus, which is located in Crieff. There they met with the Air Ambulance team of Scotland, which is a group of young individuals. Of course, there was also a bagpipe band that serenaded them. The royal couple also visited the Famous Grouse Distillery. This is the oldest distillery in Scotland. They also went to the Forteviot Fete, which is described as a place with pretty cottages that are situated on lawns that are laid around a beautiful square.
