This foundation is just okay. It does not blend in as well as BM foundation and looks kinda powdery on the skin. I am not a huge fan of Bare Minerals but their foundation is definitely a lot better. This does not look natural on the skin and the worst thing of all – it makes me want to scratch my skin off! It is OK when I first apply it but as soon as I get a bit hot or sweaty it starts itching like crazy! If you want a really good mineral foundation then check Lucy Minerals, it’s absolutely amazing! – Miss Vanity (Makeupalley Review)
Love this simple mineral foundation! It provides light to medium coverage & does not highlight your pores! You may have to blot during the day if you have oily skin, but I feel this is minor in comparison to the benefits this provides. I love it also because it does not contain a bunch of chemicals that skin could react to! Great Natural SPF- my skin does not tolerate the chemical sunscreens well. – Lorel1 (Makeupalley Review)
How to Apply?
For best results, apply the foundation using a kabuki brush or a flocked sponge. Shake some of the foundation powder into the lid of the jar and gently swirl the brush into the powder until even covering is achieved. Tap the base of the brush to settle the minerals into the bristles then start applying on your jaw line using a circular motion. Re-load the brush then re-apply thin layers until you achieve your desired coverage.
How Long Does Lily Lolo Mineral Foundation Last?
Many users reported good staying power but people who sweat a lot or have very oily skin may need to re-apply a few times in a day.
How Much Does Lily Lolo Mineral Foundation Cost?
A sample pack is available for $6 but one regular container is priced $22. There are also packages available and applicator brushes are being sold separately. The price is affordable compared to other mineral foundations on the market.
