I really wanted to work and help keep shine at bay but instead BE products make my skin much more greasy. I did not find this to be special at all compared to other products and even though it is supposed to be translucent I do see cast to the skin no matter who I have seen use it. It did not set my makeup well and looked cakey and even dry once in a while. I would need to use a whole lot of this throughout the day with blotting sheets to keep the shine at bay with BE products. – lushlife505
This is too expensive for what you get!! Mine got used up so quickly too, I had the full sized container purchased separately from the B/M foundation, but it lasts less than 2 mos. of wearing on a daily basis. I like to apply this w my elf kabuki rather than the B/M brush. This product goes well with the B/M foundation, I cannot imagine wearing this with any other foundations, I don’t know if this would be useful without their brand foundation applied 1st. – valmont32677
How to Apply?
Apply bareMinerals Mineral Veil as the last step in your makeup routine to maintain your look all day long. Apply by swirling some of the product in the lid until it is tucked in the bristles then tap off any excess until you don’t see any on the brush. Use the bareMinerals Flawless Application Brush to buff Mineral Veil to your T-zone in order to refine pores and absorb oils. When you’re finished and if application is correct you should appear to have perfect lighting at any angle.
How Long Does BareMinerals Mineral Veil Last?
Most users say the product lasts the whole day but the look tends to deteriorate after several hours. It is still better than many compact powders on the market. There are also feedbacks saying it doesn’t last long especially if the user sweats a lot like during hot weather or high levels of physical activity.
How Much Does Bareminerals Mineral Veil Cost?
One 9 gram container (0.3 oz.) is priced $21 on the bareMineras website. The price is a little high considering that one container gets used up quickly lasting about two to four weeks depending on usage.
