HT recently launched a bevy of devices in India. At the top of the list is the HTC One (M8 EYE) which is essentially the same as the M8 with the exception of a 13MP camera that has replaced the 4 UltraPixel camera on the back. The M8 EYE costs Rs. 38,990.
HT also launched the HTC RE which is a compact photo and video camera. It is available exclusively through Snapdeal at an introductory price of Rs. 9,990.
There is also the HTC Desire EYE that was launched. It has a 13MP autofocus camera with dual LED flash on the front as well as on the back. The device has a 5.2-inch, 1080p display.
It is powered by a Snapdragon 801 processor and has 16GB internal memory with microSD support. The Desire EYE has 2GB of RAM, IPX7 water resistant body and BoomSound speakers. It will be availed through Amazon at a price that has not yet been disclosed.
The fourth and fifth devices launched by HTC include the Desire 820 and the Desire 820q, both of which have 13MP rear camera, 8MP front camera, 5.5-inch 720p display, and 2600mAh batteries.
The only differences are in the processor and the RAM. The Desire 820 has an octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor and 2GB of RAM while the 820q has 64-bit quad-core Snapdragon 410 and 1GB of RAM.
The Desire 820 costs Rs. 24,990 while the Desire 820q is priced at Rs. 22,500.
Finally, there is the Desire 516C which has a Snapdragon processor, 5.0-inch qHD display, 5MP rear camera and VGA front camera. It runs on 1GB of RAM and has 4GB of internal memory with microSD support, and a 195mAh battery. The device is available exclusively through Snapdeal at a price of Rs. 12,990.
