The new Oppo N3 phone is sporting a camera that can swivel 260 degrees making it a real head turner. Oppo is hoping this new feature on it N3 phablet will have some great impact on the market.
Several photos of the phone have been released and it seems the swiveling camera is the most outstanding feature. The plus-sized Phablet will give you an opportunity to take photos from different angles so you don’t miss anything.
When users want to take a photo or record some video, all they need to do is to swivel the camera on the Oppo N3 phone in the direction that they want. And if they want to take selfies, they can swivel the 13MP camera’s mount back to face them.
Many devices usually carry less powerful and cheaper front facing cameras for selfies and video chat, a trend that the N3 is now changing. Its body design is just like that of any other ordinary phone with the exception of the top where the camera is located.
From the images posted on Facebook and elsewhere, it can be seen that the camera head appears to be separate from the camera body allowing it to swivel in a variety of directions.
It also features a duel-flash unit that is mounted on the swivel head next to the camera. It has been confirmed by Next Web that the device will be available in two materials: aluminum lithium alloy or stainless steel.
The device will most likely have a 5.9-inch screen with a 1080p HD resolution. It will be running on an Android system on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 chip. It will have 3GB of RAM.
It is set to be unveiled on October 29 at an event in Singapore. It is not yet clear when it will be availed in the U.S.
