October might be the best month for Apple fans according to the rumors about the iPhone 6 launch. If it turns out that the rumors are true, they might get treated to the long awaited iPhone 6, new iPads, and conceivably the new iWatch on October 14.
It was earlier anticipated that September would be the month in which the awesome iPhone 6 would be launched. Many have been asking the question of when will Apple launch the much awaited iPhone 6. With the company’s past behavior, the launch date was earlier rumored to be September which led to a lot of excitement of the consumers.

The new rumor now has it that the next-generation iPhone is now fixed to hit the market on the 14th of October. This is at least is according to an individual whose name is withheld, that spoke with the people at MacRumors.

Mentioning an internal Apple retail store meeting, the source said that October 14 was pointed out by one of the senior store leaders. He also said that October is definitely going to be a busy month for Apple Company and its retails stores.

The source goes further to say that if the rumors were to be true, and that iPhone 6b were to be launched in October 14, the introduction of the first appearance of the iPhone would still be made in September during a planned event.

It has been a tradition for Apple over the past years, to unveil the next generation iPhone in September, and launch it at the end of the month. This has also always been a strategy used by the Company to increase the financial earnings before the end of the quarter. The sales during the month of September usually to prevent poor performance in Apple’s financial fourth-quarter results.

Apple has customarily launched a new iPhone in the mid-week, which usually begins on Friday so that they can maximize cash on the full weekend sales.
This time round Apple plans to start sale in the early week rather wait for Friday. They changed the strategy due to a huge number of consumer demand and a bulky supply of the products as a result of enlarged production. The source did not get to clarify if during the launch, Apple would only unveil the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 or they would also add the supposed 5.5.-inch version too.

Earlier report about this launching show that the 5.5 inch version may miss out on this big day due to the production challenges. The 5.5 inch phablet which means is a combination of a phone-tablet will have to be released late this year or it might even end up being launched in 2016.

The reason as to why Apple has decided to change its strategy is not clear from the report. One fact that remains is that the month of October will be a very eventful month for the smartphone giant. This is because they are likely to disclose their new iPad mini, iPad Air, Macs iOS 8 and possibly an Iwatch.

Those who are planning to buy new phones are keeping their ears open just in case the rumors turn out to be true.
