iPhone made the front pages of newspapers when it was unveiled last week. It also dominated Twitter and Google Search. There is nothing surprising about the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus. That is because Apple is not good at suppressing pre-announcement leaks and also because the nothing much surprising about smartphones these days.
The iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus have bigger screens than any iPhone before them. Apple did that intentionally because that is what people want. But if you don’t hold it close to iPhone 5, you can not know that it is actually bigger. What makes them wider is that the phones have been made to be very thin, at a quarter of an inch. In fact they are thinner than their rivals HTC, Samsung, or LG.
The body is constructed of aluminum. The body has smooth and rounded edges making it more comfortable to hold that the sharp-cornered iPhone 4 and iPhone 5.
The iPhone 6’s 4.7-inch display has a resolution of 1334 x 750 at 326 dots per inch while the iPhone 6 Plus’ 5.5-inch display has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 at 401 dots per inch. There screens are terrific. They have exceeded the ability of our eyes to distinguish pixels.

The iPhone 6 has a battery life of 14 hours of talk time or 11 hours of web surfing on Wi-Fi. The iPhone 6 Plus has a better battery life: 24 hours of talk time or 12 hours of web browsing.
